switch on blue-sky thinking - the new meeting space

Blue-sky meeting space is a new DisANIAlia intervention.
The pilot project will take place between 12th and 16th May.

All Labein is invited to use a new meeting space created on Level 4 balcony (it will be possible to book the space for meeting via the system) and a rest space on Level 3 garden.

Balcony and the garden have always been there as an oasis during lunch & coffee breaks - spaces to stretch legs, drink coffee and have a very informal chat.
During the weeklong intervention we propose to use the space as a new meeting place. Why not to discuss your project outside? Why not to be inspired by the blue sky and Derio-scape? You will be able to book balcony on Level 4 for your meeting that can accommodate between 2 and 7 people.

Chairs are going to be introduced on Level 3 garden as well, for those who would like to sit while enjoying their break.

a comment (arrived via e-mail)
agree it is a great idea to be able to discuss projects under the blue
sky but according to Euskalmet and the institute of meteorology, the
weather forecast for this coming week indicates it is going to rain all week long.
Good luck

And...

Dark hole working place is already working, too! You can find us in the deepest of the 101 Building.

You'll never know if it is sunny or rainy day!

:D How about looking for the ways to change some of the working habits and move at least tiny little bit of the workload outdoors? (i.e. meetings?)

just a suggestion!

My English classmates asked me about the blue sky meeting place, they liked
the idea and they are wondering if it`s something that only is going to be
there this week.

Ah, we enjoyed the blue sky space today for a meeting as well!
(& 4 some of us it was the second time this week!)
