Hi Ania,

Thanks for your luxurious cards. I follow the disonancias project with
disbelief, but I have to admit that I'm happy to work in a company that
values these initiatives.

I would be ready to participate in any activity, provided that they aren't
very time consuming and they don't make me feel retarded.

regards
Iñigo

Hola Iñigo,

:D thank you for your honesty.

The project is towards the end and the final part will take place next month on 19th June when together with Disonancias team i will be presenting results/outcomes/learning points/challenges of the project. If you are around we could definitely have a chat.

If you use the blue-sky meeting room - this is participation in the project.

If you decide for one hour per week work in a new way - this is also participation in the project.

If you drew a picture on mantel or voted on favourite one - you took part in the project already

If you suggested an Idea - again you took part.

What i am trying to do is not to bring superfluous activities to the working environment. I am rather trying to take advantage of the existing resources and use them in a new way. Break existing patterns of working and introduce new methods. Propose solutions to the problems that people in Labein encounter. I never said i will find the right answer I do not think i am here do give the answer or solve problem - but to try, experiment, suggest. You are the one who needs to choose if this is something you would like to follow.

I am open to collaborations, suggestions. If you see a potential for joint collaboration i am listening.

hasta luego,
ania
