Introduce a ping-pong table, table ice-hockey, dart board and/or pool table. Helps socialize, de-stress, laugh, excercise, etc.
Paperwork cannot be reduced, but we could have more secretarial support to help us with it. Then we would be able to dedicate our time to being more creative!
